Problem with inflection point is mike can sell it to investors and on cc, but unfortunately can't sell it to investors on the secondary offering. Offering presplit was done at a deep discount at 15c. It was explained that is the way these deals are done. I think it's done that way when you are giving a sweetheart deal or you just can't negotiate. Either way it's a vote of no confidence in mgt from shareholders. Wonder if we can have an annual meeting?
1 way to save money is to just tape last cc, and play it 4 times a year. Same rev $, but still loss of 1-2c a share because we are paying 20 employees, 1 overpaid CEO, and 19 overpaid Vice Presidents.
