Briefly, In June/July 2013 the 3rd party credentials were revoked. The vary same time the Conman continued applying their labels with certification. Accordingly, around October 2013 that 3rd party had to send the Conman a cease and desist order to stop. Some time in Oct/November he got the lowest 3rd party to approve, but the more important applications for usage were removed, as well, certain fire certifications.. And they clearly outlined avoid water!

You know> like? if there's a friggen flood the dam certification says it'll wash off, leave no protection kind of thing eh? In complete contrast to the Conman's claims!

Yet that did NOT stop the Conman because, as late as March of 2014, those very same labels which were ordered 'cease and desist' were found on fresh lumber inside of HD.. That's FRAUD from the very day it began at HD.

Let me reintegrate, which certification says you're flood safe from termites, mold and mildew? NONE!! LOL.
