I hear you, I am in the same position...
That is my biggest concern here, if a major holder wants out, it won't happen fast, or the stock price will get killed.
Let's hope we are not faced with that...
My take on the additional shares that are being voted on will be needed for rapid growth to keep up with demand..
Now that will be the day that we can really give ourselves some credit for investing here.
The story here is so strong, I am perplexed that the volume is not more, the only rational that I can come up with is that so much of the stock is held by insiders and long term stock holders, that are just holding for the Revenue that is in the works now.
Actually I think when the well count hits break even, you could see an explosion of new money coming in.
