It has its advantages (benefits) and disadvantages, but overall pretty solid with only few complaints.
Ex. Such a large company that if anyone anywhere in the world screws up or gets hurt then its a policy change for entire company. A little annoying, esp when there alot of dumb ppl that work in field overseas.
