Me:
I have a stock (GGII) that has a market value of $518, but I can't figure where you got that number since it is not active nor does it have a bid/ask on it. Why does it have a market value of $518?
Them (Scottrade):Your position is showing a market value of $518 because the last time it trade on April 2, 2015, the price was .0003. As of the time of this writing there is no Bid .0002 Ask (subject to change without notice).

Please note that Scottrade is not accepting any orders (buy or sell) for GGII.

This trading restriction is due to the "global lock" that has been placed on the security by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). DTCC, through its subsidiaries, acts as a centralized clearinghouse, providing clearing and settlement services for U.S. Securities firms.

The global lock simply means that DTCC has suspended their trade settlement services for the particular security; therefore, we cannot settle trades or transfer incoming or outgoing positions. We will not accept orders for GGII until the DTCC global lock has been lifted. We have no way of estimating when that might occur.

As we have modified the symbol on our system with the addition of parenthesis to prevent orders from being submitted, price changes will not be reflected as the modified symbol is not recognized by our quote data system.

at .0003 I would be glad to sell,if I could! Again myself to the board.
