There is only 1 thing worth taking special note of. CEO is all in. He has been promoting like crazy and is working (hoping) on full enrollment now delayed. Not able to have confidence about the ongoing and delayed arbitration which Geert said he was confident of winning, I would take his words with a grain of salt. Also, this latest underwriting certainly does not seem like an easy job for FBR and most likely no extra monies coming in based on the current price of the stock even considering the fact that they get a 6% discount to the offering price. Better stocks in this space with a better timeline.
