Yes, the DENG revocation was quicker than usual because the company agreed to the stock revocation.

Regarding RIVT it is a toss-up, IMO, whether the SEC files an Admin Proceeding with a subsequent stock revocation, or FINRA keeps the stock halted long enough to delete the trading symbol.....which is just as terminal as an SEC revocation of registration.
