Well, this stock is dead. The last 8k said they were going to issue 80 million shares to acquire Solgate, then raise another 5 million dollars to "finance" the business plan.
Mega dilution in the future. Jeez, I thought they'd let it run at least once before this dilution crap started. Buying now would just be stupid.
