It's a matter of lost TRUST.

They used to have mine (along with many others), but credibility took a nose dive after the botched Dividend affair, and other strikeouts (see past posts if you forgot). Of course still holding, you, Heed, and a few others, have looked passed all of the trust issues. It's no surprise that not one of you would even try to make excuses for the clear deceptions that are visible to all. Yes, you can, and do, make excuses for management on most issues, but not all.

The news today made things even more incoherent with fluff filled contradictory statements like "has reached an agreement with an exclusive distributor for the entire VitaStik line for all of Asia." Last I knew, Korea is a part of Asia and Kooleever Inc. obtained exclusive rights to distribute VitaCig® products in the Republic of Korea. Whatever, is it the same distributor? No info given. Pretty vague.

I will be glad if they finally address all of the FINRA questions, and this finally moves off the greys. Shorts can make plays at that point and things will be more interesting.

The improper use of the "FDA Approved" logo can be found in several links under "Press Releases" from the vitacig Korea distributors website.

Invalid use of FDA logo?
Translates to "FDA Approved"
My feeling is this was not a mistake, and even it it was, it was not a Korean mistake since the ad referenced vitacig.org.
