Anybody have a subscription to African Energy Intelligence? They want $5.86 US for this by article.

The article is from February and was in Africa Energy Intelligence. It is a little dated but I believe the whole article can still be purchased for a nominal sum. I can't copy the whole article but here is the jist of what it says. It says Tullow is ready to resume drilling in Guinea later THIS YEAR, that the rig will be supplied by Stena DrillMax, it will take about 45 days, it will cost about $83 million and that the equipment for the well is being stored in Abidjan. Abdijan is located in Ivory Coast.
