interesting small bit of news...

avtc, who just announced ch 11, issued a coffee kiosk pr without using the marley name...

my guess is that avtc announcing ch 11 is probably the BEST THING that could have happened to jamn/marley...

likely, a clause in all contracts, stipulates that if one of the parties goes into bankruptcy, then the other side has a right to void all contracts... which, imhwo, is what happened with avtc/jamn

so, jamn voided all contracts and now... avtc can't use the marley name any longer... thusly (is that a word?) the new avtc pr without the marley/jamn mention....

and my guess is that avtc owes jamn money and jamn had to file with the bankrupcty trustee in order to try and get some of that money, which is unlikely (maybe they get a bit of what is owed....

so, imhwo, good news is that avtc IS NO LONGER INVOLVED WITH JAMN.
