Yah, I know. It is listed on Piuma. I used to live right down the road in Sea View back in the 90s. Right down the road from them is a ranch style home, square with a courtyard. That is my friends the Klein family. He rebuilt Malibu Presbyterian church after it burned down in 2007.

But then Empire moved their location to Westlake, actually on the lake.

It is just on the other side of the hill from me. I guess Ill just have to ask them in person why they stiffed the rent and tried to stick it to HHSE.

I recall that one company that came to Malibu to scam. They got caught and suspended by the SEC and chased out of town. Thanks to yours truly.

They pretended to be from Malibu and were taught a huge lesson. One of them was an attorney and an adjunct professor at Pepperdine. He went running with his tail between his legs.

We don't accept outsiders.
