The magnitude of the news that may released will determine if it drops back...I have thought about this extensively and I can't believe they would authorize a R/S with this low a common stock number unless they had news which would propel this higher after the R/S...I could be dead wrong, but it's the only way this makes sense. Time will tell as this plays out
