The play seems dead for now. Things looked great about 18 months ago when Noble Energy began drilling right next to IFNY's concession. But then things headed south quickly when NBL suddenly pulled the plug and skipped town overnight without a word or explanation. Since then I think no one else has wanted to drill in that part of the world which could explain the difficulty in getting IFNY's project underway.

Still hoping for a deal of some kind...
