We have absolutely no information on the share structure of IENT is. IENT shares are NOT REGISTERED so in my opinion, anything is possible. There are also premium shares that could be traded for services but I doubt Red Apple would accept them if they checked into the history of IENT.

Red Apple needed to be paid for 8+ months work. My guess is $200,000 - $500,000 for the game plus all the upgrades of WarBirds. So JW had to raise those funds somehow.

Maybe he sold his Florida home to pay for the game!
