Yeah, I agree. As I stated earlier, the biggest 2 indications of a nicely priced deal would be a quick closing and FBR taking down the extra stock offered to them (at a discount...1.03 less 6% = .9682 cents per share)....I am keying off that price and waiting for a completion of the underwriting; and, hopefully the extra shares being done, too. We'll get a PR when the underwriting is complete and the extra shares, too ("if" that happens)....look for the 8K.
Geert does not seem to have bought in cheaply at this point, unless he knows about a settlement and faster enrollment than we all now know will not happen this year. I guess it's watch and wait for the stock price to signal...price above .98 to 1.00 would be a positive.
