Ok...I'm kinda confused with this offering. Why would anyone by this offering at $1.03 today when they could have bought it for 0.81 a little over a week ago. 30 million shares? I can't believe there is no incentive like warrants and/or a more deeply discounted price...

Do they really think this decent dilution will bring buyers out of the woodwork?
