For 65% of the company they were going to FIND someone or the found investor would get 65%? As a principal of the new arrangement I assume CT was getting part of the 15% for management. Two ways of looking at the deal. The only way out was dilution big time ,or CT was in for her own good and not the stock holders who would take a big hit. Maybe both.
