The size is probably testament to the investor support, and specific feedback they received that they could fill this if and only if it was the last fund raising needed to complete the phase 3...I am sure the last 3 months of improved enrollment played a big factor in investors signing on. once this is behind us, all positive news will slowly build and drive the price higher as there will not be any funding issues looming...just hope they filled it at or around $1/share...
