PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 5, 2015, the Official Committee ofEquity Security Holders (the "Equity Committee") of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. and its debtor affiliates (collectively, the "Debtors") appointed pursuant to section 1102(a)(1) of Title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") in the above-captioned jointly administered chapter 11 cases (the "Chapter 11 Cases"), by and through its proposed counsel, filed the Motion of the Official Committee of Equity Security Holders for Order Establishing Information Sharing Procedures for Compliance with 11 U.S.C. §§ 1102(b) and 1103(c) (the "Motion") with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District o f Delaware.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections and responses to the Motion, ifany, must be made in writing, filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 Market Street, 3rd Floor, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801 and served upon the undersigned proposed counsel to the Equity Committee so as to be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time) on May 19, 2015.
