CEN Bill lied, As you can see from the below quotes from Bill and the inspection report, bill lied when he said

“The facility is done, it’s ready,” CEO Bill Chaaban says. “It’s laid out [like] a manufacturing facility for prescription drugs.”

This is from CEN own inspection. They are not ready to grow anything there for Bill lied in the above statement 3 months earlier.
