The same property was assigned to "GBS Holdings LLC". Billy was both the Grantor AND Grantee for this transaction.

What is GBS Holdings LLC? A corporation that Billy setup so that if anyone comes and sues him, then they cannot take any personal assets? Hence the name..... Limited Liability Corporation......
