Bill stated on January 2, 2014 he never represented the company had been, or was about to be approved by Health Canada and Forbes did retract that statement. On December 30, 2013, Bill released via Accesswire a press release stating they had been approved. He is responsible for the news release, not Forbes and yet it contained the same "untruth" as did the Forbes article.
The medical mj permit was for the existing building, not the new one, so why did Bill hurry up and build, as he claims (how fast can you go on a building like a pole barn, I imagine it is a pretty simple process) and try to blame HC when he was asking for an inspection of a different building. It was quite late in the game when he informed HC of the second building.
The vault is in building one, building one has a finished floor, the inspection was on building #1 so as of November it is still not completed even though in May Bill said it was.
