That's not the issue here. This is a case of what appears an incredibly unstable individual who has no solid goal to begin with and blurts out misinformation on a continual basis. The announced "master plan" has changed at least five or more times and has included the land purchase for growing hemp and cannabis; and then development of "containers" to lease; to an "RV park;" to fragrance development; to biodiesel containers; to nonexistent well drilling; then Joe ran off to join a real estate firm in San Diego where he may still be; to now the development of cannabis oils ( or whatever it is) that will be a miracle home use device that appears to have no patent protection (so anyone can do it)!!

I skipped a couple other of Joe's pipe dreams that passed in the night and come out in a big news release so he can appear important. It's literally disgusting because this man has taken thousands of dollars from investors and squandered what appears to be every bit of it as there isn't anyone around who is really a manager. So XTRM floats along like a lost little puppy off it's leash. Where is Joe? Anyone have his phone number or email address? Why is it such a secret? HOW CAN ANYONE RUN A BUSINESS AND HID OUT?

Oh yes. There's a missing 5 million loan Joe secured for the land purchase that is tied specifically to the development of same. Joe has failed to mention anything about that. Are any payments made on that loan? WHO KNOWS!
