If leaders of a company cannot bring shareholder value but continue to lower shareholder value a hostile takeover would be appropriate or an investigation of the company as to why these entities in control continue to lose people money

There is no value here for shareholders over a year now.

Someone is to blame and it's just not

??HOW IT HAPPEnS?? .... A public company is required to put shareholders first if they don't they there are entities that remove such lack of leadership
