You know why they disclosed it in the 10-K, right? For the same reason that SIAF mentioned a hundreds of thousands of metric tons contract in their filings, and then again on Facebook with pictures and all, even before it was definitive (or perhaps after, I don't remember).

If this stuff leaks out while they are working on it, and select groups trade on it, then the SEC will ask them some tough questions. Now they can say, look, we already disclosed it. We already informed all of our shareholders at the same time. We acted responsibly on our side.

The fact that people don't want to believe it, is not HERB's problem.
