Exactly. First of all, there is a new website which they have developed over the past year or so. Secondly, they don't keep this one up to date. Third, WTF is your point? It's not like SIAF put it on their website that they want to list in Norway.

You are clutching at straws, denying facts that were reported in the 10-K. Because you think you know better. Of all people here, who have followed the company for years, you know what's best for the company.

It makes absolute sense for the company to merge with Gansu Yasheng, boost the value of the company, raise cash, reorganize, and pursue a listing in the US. But it doesn't matter what I think, because they already informed me about it in the 10-K.
At least I think they did. I hope they did. That doesn't mean they will succeed. That doesn't mean we will trade at $76.60 either. But I will take my chances. Because it's a free bet.

Now, I'm not going to help you with the link to the new website. Because you will probably get all sorts of funny ideas, and I have done more than enough already.
