Smart Shareholders Are Still Aware The Current

Situation is caused only by the direct refusal of the Dominican Republic to honor their contracts and release to Deep Blue and the other companies working there, the treasures they dove, worked and paid to recover.

As a superior person, I will never applaud the hardships imposed on the companies, employees, investors and shareholders by this blatant breach of contract.
