One of the real crimes with this guy is not necessarily the decrease in sales and profit. It's the reporting. This guy simply could not live the lifestyle and in the house he lives in, and the town he resides on that kind of income. Based on what past employees have suggested, the product has had some modest sales. Not enough to keep a sales force (he didnt pay them what was owed to them anyway, so they either quit or got laid off so he got away with not paying) but when revenues came in, he did not actually report them. The money went right in the pocket. It makes no sense how someone can sustain any business on 60k a year, let alone be it a public company. Really!! The whole financial side of this is a scam. The products are real, and for the most part viable. Any other legit businessman could have made this a real company, but this CEO's history and business model suggest he was not in it to sell the product. He was in it to sell worthless stock. A paper game.
