So, 30 days is up. What will it be?
1. No pretrial documents filed, case dismissed.

2. Pretrial documents filed, trial date to be set.

3. Extension filed to a later date for the deadline.

I would bet on #3. And I bet we get absolutely nothing from the company about it.

If I'm right, and I hope I'm not, the poor little share price will probably.suffer.
