That's great that Capstone microturbines are more economical and efficient.

What money are they going to use to purchase said turbines?

Last I checked, they didn't have financing in place.

Hard to buy economical and efficient turbines when you don't have any money.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
