Milestones, certainly. But I think we get the board's hopes up too much calling some things potential catalysts. A catalyst is something that moves the stock price. For that, it has to definitively advance the commercialization of a compound or otherwise raise the perceived value of the Company. Examples are unexpected, or unequivocal confirmation of, trial results; positive FDA action; a respected analyst price target; approval for exchange listing; licensing or partnership deals; etc.

Inclusion in an index is an interesting event, because it seems like a catalyst but ultimately is not: it does not add value to the equity. It could very well result in a share price increase but that will be transient. Also instructive: uplisting itself is a catalyst, but by proxy: the listing itself is not adding value, it is merely an agent signal that the Company's governance has been approvedly enhanced and the equity is now deemed 'investment grade'. And its effect can be transient if governance issues arise (eg, audit issues) or prospects deteriorate.

So a bunch of the things you listed are more accurately milestones not catalysts. If nothing really new comes out of the ASCO meeting, for example, the stock price won't move I believe.
