I cant really have it wrong since I havent made a conclusion. The reasons for the CTO don't really matter.

The question is that since the CSE rules say that a company cant list if they have issues with any Canadian regulatory agency and SRSRs issue is a CTO, would that bar Niostar from listing?

Niostar is the company listing and it has no issues but its parent does.
