Looks like the JFK Terminal (aka Beach Haven Terminal) is contaminated with diesel fuel in both soil and groundwater. The site is listed as an active case in the Pennyslvania Environmental Cleanup and Brownfields program, and has been since 2003. Looks like someone is a "little slow" to do the necessary cleanup.

I am sure that Shamberg would love to pass some partial liability onto their JV partner BAYP for the cleanup.......
