What I was not sure of was if they can spin out a subsidiary if the parent has a CTO since the listing requires no issues with any regulatory agency in Canada.
I would figure they would clear it either way but since it is not cleared I questioned it. The response I got of" needing to be out of BC for a year" is nothing I can find to verify. I don't know if that is all that is required or not.
For all I know since it is SRSRs CTO it wont be an issue at all. I just didn't notice the rule in the listing requirements till the last time I looked and it is logical to assume that if a parent in not in good standing the sub wont be either
