I have spoken personally to Paul Hauck. He is a principled man with character and doesn't mince words. He comes from good stock. He is highly competent and technically schooled. He is what the company has needed from the very gitgo, the one component a company like LQMT must have to interface between essays and execution, between drawing board and delivering the goods. He is the key man in the Company today who can motivate and capture outside clients; at the same time he can motivate and capture the R&D team and keep them in a reality check.
