you will fine that ADTM will have to write down the whole amount of Media Graph/OneScreen $15 million on its books by the end of 2015..

that is just the way it is with these scam companies....

the Media Graph was valued at $15 million way back in July, 2014, and was predicated on achieving a certain level of revenues going forward which never materialized, because it took much longer to integrate the Media Graph into Adaptive's SSP/DSP technology. Consequently, the value today is predicated on a more reasonable projection of attainable revenues, so NO there won't be any further write-down ... but you knew that, didn't you ???
