Interesting that the SEC by narrow vote is now proposing a new
requirement of exposure that the CEOs and officers of a publically
traded company report the TRUE amount of their earnings (including options and full package ). They have to show income proportionate to shareholder's gains. Shame this can't be done retroactively in PHOT i.e. ;but maybe it will bring current board
under control -if PHOT survives the current BLEED. Also interesting that the vote was split on party lines -with Rep
voting NOT to do it.
