Why is this still trading? Another stock I watch just did a BK chapter 11 and canceled all commons shares and went private- EXIDEQ. The shares were canceled the next day after BK concluded! why in the hell is cerp still trading? When cerp's assets were sold was the ticker CERPQ considered an asset still? Perhaps the company who bought cerp has the shell and my use it to go public in the future? That is the only scenario I can think of why this still trades.
