Here is the point I'm trying to make. 4's are significant because it represents the 52 week low, whether it was 1 share or 1 million share transaction. This is the pattern of BMSN, slowly nibble the bid. Tiny whacks and slowly grow the ask until finally the bid gets whacked out in a matter of minutes. Then the process starts all over again, only one tick lower. So you ask the significance of that minuscule 4 transaction? Well I'm here to tell you it may look like a small hit but has great importance. IMO
