None of which can be gotten to...

Restructure leaves you at 1.97 Billion

Take 750 Million out of play that is 1.22 Billion left

1.469 Billion coming off restrictions with paper asking for cover. (answer)

1.22 Billion - 1.469 Billion = Not Enough Shares

.0001 X 70% X 10% = .07

Don't think that .089 margin is going to be maintained without replacement shares ...imo
