Hyperdynamics Announces Retirement of Bob Solberg as Board Chairman and Election of Ian Norbury

HOUSTON, May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyperdynamics Corporation (HDYN) announced today the retirement of Robert A. Solberg as Chairman of the Board of Directors and the election of Ian Norbury as Chairman.

Ray Leonard, President and Chief Executive Officer, praised Bob for his devoted and tireless service as Chairman since August 2009. "My fellow Board members join me in expressing appreciation for Bob's leadership on the Board and dedicated service to Hyperdynamics."
