I am stating NPT and "Encounter" might have a price of $1.97...

I don't think there is a chance in hell of a tick up here...

For the simple reason .0002 and up is a multiplier and very few will sell at .0001 or .0002.

Creating Naked Shorts...There already is 2.1-2.4 Billion to cover

or

the whole SS

Pop the PPS and you loose control of the margin to clear...

Should see a .01-.02 clear price at the present .0001

If this was going to R/S it would have happened already...imo
