Here is the info on Shamberg's shameful case with the SEC. Not only did he duck paying the $200K fine for over 7 years, he got his wife involved by transferring real estate into her name to try to hide it. Now, whenever her name is googled, she will pop up as being part of a SEC case, regardless of whether she was a willing participant in the fraud or not.
