I don't think that was the plan. I don't think this was a pump and dump before delisting either. I do think excitment was generated and that caught the SEC's attention. There may have been some significant flipper before the delisting sure...

Trying to fix a mess and develop a real company is quite a feat. It seems to me some have what it takes and some don't, which is why we are here today. We can still hope the folks that have what it takes can ultimately succeed and bring us late comer commons along for the ride. But common sense and history in general tells me that's highly unlikely no matter what you hear. But not completely impossible, no.
