Joe lost all credibility when he just walked off and said nothing for 8 months. He went back into the real estate business which is really about the only talent he appears to have. This kind of behavior with other peoples money is to me fraudulent. Not one big time up-date was ever acted on. Still, no one knows where this magical 40 ac. piece of land is nor what ever happened to the plan for the design and development of the large containers for lease that were supposed to bring in big bucks. No well has ever been drilled yet and if there is a permit you use it or lose it; where is the fence and security project; are there patent applications on the so-called simple personal and easy as brewing a cup of coffee home hemp and other oils extractors. If none is the answer it's then all BS as nobody would ever design, build and sell an item like that without patent protection unless they are a complete idiot. There has rarely ever been an ounce of truth to a damn thing this man has ever posted.

Again, anyone who just silently sneaks off and abandons his investors for months appears totally unstable and irresponsible to the core (putting it far too polite!) So keep an eye on this man before you put any trust in anything he says. Oh, yes. And do you have his phone or email address??? Good luck.
