Am concerned about a new business model which is initiated/added by this new joint venture created.

Are there created synergies that such as similar audience, similar sales cycle, similar sales decision sequence/decision
makers,etc.

Or is there an entirely different sales cycle, sales process, and sales time table required for this joint venture.

Any illumination on this new business model is appreciated.
