Gary, Was that a joke? Everyone knows taxes are due in April. Horst has living expenses and taxes due in April like everyone else. He takes a modest salary and after paying taxes in April needs money to live on just like you and I. He and Ingrid still hold about 15% of the shares outstanding and sold a tiny fraction of what they own.
