43,000,000 shares needed out of 750 million ???

90/10 split would be $9 per share

re-domestication of "Encounter" 43 million to 707 million to Delaware would be .065-.075

3:1 would be .02-.025 per shares

2.25 Billion to 31 Million is about 98.8% or

$1.97- 2.47(being very conservative here) Base sell price

Think Tony said .02-.05 or am I wrong about that ??
