I'm well aware of how long the MSJ/BGL legal wrangling have been going on, mostly dragged out by the slow and disorganized Mexican legal system.

The 2.5 years was referencing the Dec SRGE suspension, which pretty much finally exposed it for nothing but a make believe fraud. As I've said over and over, SRGE is kaput, and will never be heard from again, nor will longs ever see a penny for their holdings. EVER.
